If you're interested in Home Remedies, try crushing garlic and then eating it. You have to really crush it and then let is sit for a few minutes before using it. You can add it to food or eat it raw, whatever you prefer.

Garlic contains a compound that is a wonderful natural antibiotic. I've included some articles for you to look through. For immediate relief, you should know that garlic acts as a decongestant and expectorant for common colds.

I'll guarantee you that your cold will be gone or will be drastically better by tomorrow if you try this. I was a bit skeptical at first too, but it really works!

Whatever you do, be sure to drink lots of fluids to replace the body fluids you lose through coughing, runny nose, etc. Sweating your cold out is not a great idea because it is harmful for you especially if you have a fever (cuz your body temperature could get too high).

Try Theraflu for Flu and Sore Throat the natural apple and cinnamon flavored. It tastes great and you will be feeling better in a few hours and definately after a few doses of it. Hope you are better soon. I have to use this because I have high blood pressure.
