I'm a school teacher, and I've been sick ALL winter! I take a daily vitamin, iron, magnesium, etc. I've started taking zinc. I get enough sleep, and I do my best to keep my stress down. I'm still sick, though. I have no energy to work out. What else can I do?

***Now 4 sets of 14 repetitions of hammer curl 30lb

(2) 4 sets of 20 rep of Cross Body Hammer Curl 25 lb
***Now 4 sets of 14 repetitions body hammer curl 30lb

(3) 4 sets of 20 rep of Bicep Curl 25 lb
***Now 4 sets of 14 repetitions bicep curl 30lb

is it ok that i went from 20 reps with the 25lb to 12 reps with the 30 ...tell me what i should change...any help at all would be helpful=] if am doing too little repetitions then how many should i do! but i want to keep the same exercises! and how many days a week!!i need helpful tips !!! ohh and are protein shakes such as boost good for building muscle!!

im a teen age 15
i get a lot of panic attacks, and am always in a panic mood during the day.
now i've noticed my chest around the heart area is starting to hurt.
should i get that checked?
i really dont want to die, because my panic attacks can get pretty bad and make myheart go really fast.
can your heart handle a panic attack?
i'm completely healthy teen, no drugs no nothing ever in my life.
is this just normal, am i just growing?

my hamstring right above my knee on the backside hurtss soooo bad i dont no what to do about it it has hurt for like 2 or 3 days and im in track im pretty sure that has something to do with it and my coaches told me to ice it which i did but it just seems to feel worse and now its starting to go down into my calf muscle, i can't even walk up stairs without it being painful. I tore my thigh muscle in the same leg but i dont really think that would have anything to do with it. I hope i gave you enough information to tell me what i have wrong with me :)

i don't really have anything to do this march break, so i thought that taking care of myself phyiscally would be something to do. i'll eat a lot of fruits, and quite a bit of vegetables. i'll have some meat too but not that much. for excersizes i'll do cardio for about 15 minutes and stretching afterwards. then i'll do exercises for my arms stomach and legs, but what can i do for my chest and shoulders? i'm not very good at doing pushups. i have about 45-60 minutes to work, and i'll work out about 3-4 times a week. so what is good to make my chest and shoulders bigger? ps. i'm 130 pounds, 5 foot 8, and have broudish shoulders, so i've been told. thanks

Every morning I feel like I have been run over by a truck. Sometimes if I take tylenol or something before bed, I feel a little

Can anyone give me some tips to help me get my butt into the gym? lol no but I've gained the stereotypical "freshman 15" and I hate exercise and sweating. I dont want to diet (not that its really an option since my minifridge and microwave that I share with my roommate arent conducive to veggies and fresh food) I know I need to get my lazy butt in the gym, if for no other reason than to get healthy. I always feel great after I go to the gym, but I end up doing stuff like being on Answers instead of exercising. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!
