RUNNING/JOGGING
But really, you sound lazy. Working out with out weights or gym? No push ups, situps, or pullups?! You options are limited now. Just do the stuff. Unlesss you have a logical reason not to like health reasons, and you probably dont.

If you want weight-lifting type of exercises, your best bet is with weights. However, squats and lunges are also an option.
On the other hand, if you are just looking for exercise in general - cardio. Play a sport, bike ride, walk, run, swim, dance, anything that gets your blood pumping.

Here is a all-body aerobic exercise;
Jumping Jacks.
Can be done anywhere you have room to jump. I do them all day at work and home. 10 times each. Break; do 10. Lunch, do 10, come home from work, school; do 10, before go to bed - do 10. They all add up and they work very well.
Include daily stretching exercises.
