buy dumbells or a barbell and curl with them.pushups dont really focus on your biceps, they focus on your chest and triceps.

Grab dumbbells or some form of weight. Do biceps curls (with your arms close by your body and facing outwards, lifting to nearly your shoulder and lowering, keeping it under control). Vary things a little with hammer curls (with your arms slightly rotated, so that your palms now face each other) and preacher curls (using a slightly lighter weight, have your elbow at your side hip and raise from your thigh to approximately 90 degrees from the floor). Do 8-10 reps in 2-3 sets, with about a minute of rest in between. Make sure that you pick a weight that challenges you to your max (you should feel like you can just barely complete the last 2-3 reps with good form). When the weight you have selected no longer challenges you, grab a heavier weight.
Don't forget to work the rest of your body. Push-ups are great total body strengtheners; they will work your chest, back, and arms. Most importantly, do not neglect your triceps, the opposing muscle group to the biceps at the back of your upper arm. Taking time to work the triceps is not a waste from valuable biceps time; instead, it will balance your body (no super weightlifter hunch-over) AND add more muscle to your whole upper arm, thus making your biceps look even bigger.

You must rest your muscles for at least a full day in between weight lifting workouts. If you lift Monday, take at least Tuesday off. If your muscles don't have enough time to repair themselves, you will not get the muscle mass you are looking for.

Remember to eat a proper diet (making sure to get protein, carbohydrates, and lots of fruits & veggies), get your cardio in so people can see your muscles (and give you something to do you on your days off from lifting), and stretch.

Weights. Lift every 2-3 days. Muscles grow bigger when they are resting, not when they are lifting. Lift and HOLD the weight for 60 seconds. Increase the weight by 1 pound per week. Include daily aerobics to keep the metabolism UP so the muscles will grow bigger and stronger. Also do daily stretching.

Pushups only work your triceps. Any weight heavy enough to allow you only 8-10 repititions will work. You can tie weight to a small bar and curl (palms facing up gripping the bar as you pull up towards your chest) them. Of course a barbell or a dumbell is best if you have them.

alright, no. you have to go to a gym, you have to eat right, sleep right, drink water, consume high protein foods. you're not going to do anything with big bicepts with out the rest of your boby to match it. thats why im saying you need a gym so you can work on your whole body. i work out 5 days a week. and have a muscular body.
