i'am very skinny.don't need to loss weight, just the pouch.

if it's skin you mean, exercise won't help. but if you need to work out your lower abs, i have just the thing. get a partner, lie on your back and have your partner stand by your head so you can grab onto their ankles. raise your legs straight up in the air and have your partner push your feet away from them. let your legs go as close to the floor as you can without touching the ground and bring your legs back up. repeat for about 20 reps.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

Abdominal excercise, your muscles have stretched so they need to be tightened. You can do this on ab machines at the gym, etc. Try a pilates class, pilates can really help with this area.
