i don't really have anything to do this march break, so i thought that taking care of myself phyiscally would be something to do. i'll eat a lot of fruits, and quite a bit of vegetables. i'll have some meat too but not that much. for excersizes i'll do cardio for about 15 minutes and stretching afterwards. then i'll do exercises for my arms stomach and legs, but what can i do for my chest and shoulders? i'm not very good at doing pushups. i have about 45-60 minutes to work, and i'll work out about 3-4 times a week. so what is good to make my chest and shoulders bigger? ps. i'm 130 pounds, 5 foot 8, and have broudish shoulders, so i've been told. thanks

I think you're doing the right thing, my doctor said that we need to have 5 meals a day (3 whole meals and 2 snacks) and we have to eat a fruit with each meal and if you can try to eat a fruit with a different colour every meal (he says that works). About the physical thing, I think you're going in the right direction.

First off, I hear cardio doesn't add muscle or weight to skinny people. Heavy, militant type training is what you need. Pluss a good diet. push urself 2 the limits but not to far it hurts you...too much. if u do get a better answer please tell me. i suffer the same crap ur going thru.

It there is a chance you could take up wind-surfing (i live on Maui) that would be the way to go, plus it's a lot more fun then lifting weights.
