I'm trying to build muscle. I don't want to be a bodybuilder, but I do want six-pack abs. I am 14-years-old, male, I am 5 feet, 4 inches (Yes, I'm not exactly tall!), and 145-150 pounds (My weight tends to fluctuate between the two).
If you have any tips on how to lose weight and build muscle, please share them. Also, can you please share any nutritional advice you may have.
