i have a bad habit of tapping my finger nails on my teeth.

is this bad for them?

if your hands arent clean or washed, it spreads a lot of germs to your mouth. also, if you are tapping too hard, it may push the teeth back

no, nothing is wrong with that,only if you tap on them really hard.

i dont think so as long as your hands are clean and you aren't hitting them to hard
