First, get a second opinion. I assume you had a laparoscopy... that is the only way endometriosis can be conclusively diagnosed. Second, see a firtility specialist. They may have very good advice for you, including treatment of the endometriosis. You could talk to them about freezing some of your eggs. Later, they can be fertilized with your husband's sperm and implanted into your uterus.
I see no reason to get pregnant when you are not ready to... you are only 18. Please, speak to a good fertility doctor before you do anything drastic.
Have hope. I work in OB/GYN and have seen this situation before.
I might add this also: I've seen lots of women who were told they'd never get pregnant do so. So DO NOT use your diagnosis as a form of birth control.
Good luck.

My wife had a choice, have expensive surgery to have children, of which terrified her, or adopt. We adopted. We went to our state adoption agency, searched for a child to adopt, and adopted our wonderful son who is now 15. We got married at age 18. Adopted at age 39. We waited until the time was right for us. You are 18? No need to rush. When you are ready, there will be a child, or children, out there, looking for parents.

I'm sorry to hear about this. It must be very painful for you. I can't have kids myself, but for a different reason.
When you're older, out of school, and with a stable job, you can adopt. You have to be at least 25 to adopt.

As Violet said, get a 2nd opinion. For an issue as grave as this, Im surprised that the Doctor herself did not automatically refer you to another Doctor to double check her opinion and course of likely any treatment
Best wishes to you

Get a second opinion. The body is an amazing thing and can recover from many setbacks. If you are having sex, be sure to use birth control. "miracles" happen.
