Unfortunately, this is a common problem amongst women-I think some call them "chicken wings"-not sexy, I know. You however can do at home exercises in just minutes a day to help solve the problem. You can put ur arms behind your back and place palms on a flat surface (chair, counter, etc.), then pretend like you are sitting on a chair-in the squatting/sitting position, use your arm muscles (triceps) to push yourself back up until your arms are fully straight. Do this 10, 15, or 20+times-making sure to take 1-2min breaks in btwn each set. A set is say one round of a repetitive action/motion. So 3 sets of 15reps would be doing this motion of 15pushes 3x. Just this every few days can work wonders! If you feel adventurous, then up the # of reps you do each time until you feel you've reached the sexy arms you want=). What I do is get a 5-8lbs. dumbbell, hold it firm in my hands, lift it over my head, make sure your elbows are straight in line with your shoulders w/ weight still in firm grip of both hands, then lift the weight up and down slowly to feel the resistance working your muscles-do the same amount of reps as mentioned above. I recently got back into it, as I noticed the dreaded arm-flaps, most women cant escape this horror-we're all in the same boat ;), no worries. I did 5 sets of 25reps-making sure to rest a few minutes in btwn each 25. My arms hurt and burned for days after-that's when you know you had a good workout! But keep it up-it takes just a few minutes every other day! You have to struggle through that first workout to breakdown the atrophied muscles in order to build it back up to be tone/firm. Soon, you will be back in business and having the sexy arms you want!! =D Hope this helps!

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

Just get some light weights and do a few curls every nite. Just enough to tighten your arms.
