I would say a good warm/hot soak in a tub/jacuzzi, plus massage, and some good stretching.
My sister kind of has the same problem, only it is her ankles/calves. She went to Urgent Care at Kaiser and they basically told her that because of the nature of her symptoms, (pain, swelling, etc etc) that she has tendonitis in her ankles. Recommended stretching, massage, and better shoes, minimize standing/walking for long periods of time. Now I know there's nothing wrong with your ankles, but I'm just saying, ease up on your legs a bit. But since you need to be a bit more pain free by tomorrow morning, I would definitely go with a thorough massage (use a good body butter or lotion, or even vix, or Tiger Balm, the heat&then the cold will help), a bath, warm soak. And also be sure to stretch em out pretty good before you rest for the night to avoid a charliehorse. (Oh boy those hurt)
Otherwise, good luck to you, hope you feel better by tomorrow. Or at least a little better.
Take it easy,
miR:)

One of the best things to do is to take a long very warm bath and just let yourself and the sore muscles soak in the very very warm water. It will do wonders trust me. Also if you have Vix or Bengay or something similiar to them you can apply it to the sore muscles and it will definitely make you better, faster. If you don't have Vix you can get it at any pharmacy or drugstore. Another thing that might help is gently stretching you know like bending over trying to touch your toes but you have to do so slowly and gently so as not to aggravate the muscle any further.

A jaccuzzi is great and so is stretching. Get some potassium in your diet which is big in bananas, drink a lot of water.

A hot bath. Stretching before bed. Stretching when you wake up.
