crunches,sit ups, twisting sit ups,revers crunches. train abs twice a week for about 20 minutes a session. train your abs on empty stomach. maintain a high protein and low carbohydrate diet at all times.

crunches, i know if i lost like 20 pounds i would have like a huge six pack....
