I am taking orthotricyclen lo, and I am trying to change from being a Sunday starter (start a new pack on sunday) to a Wednesday starter. This is to rearrange when my period is for our honeymoon that is 5 months away. I will also contact my doctor, but I'm curious now about this :) Could I just start my next pack of pills on monday, then the next months tuesday, then wednesday the next month? I'm guessing that'd I'd have to have a backup bc for 7 days the beginning of each pack then?

I am totally broke and I only have a choice between chinese food (sesame chicken) or some eggs. I am battling a very slight slight fever. Nothing huge. But I had chinese last night and I woke up feeling sick. I feel like the chinese did it or at least everytime I think of chinese food I grow naseaus at the thought. But I heard dairy will make a person more feverish if they consume dairy. Is this true? Or does it only apply to milk?

Okay, so I started a fitness and diet program. I know that 3,500 = 1lb of fat. This is where I am confused.

I know exercise burns calories. But when they say you have to drop 3500 calroies for 1 lbs of fat, is that based off the calroies you were eating BEFORE starting a diet or is it based off the calories you are now consuming? Because right now I am at 1200 calories a day. And exercising doing cardio 6 days a week.
So does this mean I need to burn 3500 calories during the week at my work outs in order to drop 1 lb a week?

Can someone help clear this up for me?
Thanks

I am a 27 year old female. I have always had a sweating problem, and sometimes the smell can get bad. I have tried lots of deodorants and have yet to find one that will control sweating and odor. I did try that Certain Dri, and it made my armpits sting and get really red and itchy. Any other suggestions?

I have many of the symptoms of acid reflux, including the sensation of water in my throat, which makes me feel like I'm going to vomit sometimes. It gets worse when I lay down, and it gets worse when I eat spicy and fatty foods along with citrus fruits. I have been told that acid reflux can include pain in the stomach region or chest region, however, before I found out that I had acid reflux I had sharp, pressure-like pains right underneath my ribs (my mom said that's where the intestines are). Is it acid reflux or what is it? The doctor diagnosed me with it but they didn't take any tests or anything; they just assumed that's what I have because I have similar symptoms, and said I'm probably just under alot of stress and that I don't need to take any tests :-\. Another thing I noticed is that I usually have a mixture of nausea and heartburn, and the feeling of having a full stomach hours after eating. Thanks, all help appreciated!

There's a really bad strain of a stomach virus going around right now. So far our family has been lucky, but I just found out that I am pregnant and I have a son who is one. I want to know the best ways to prevent getting the virus. I know washing the hands and steering clear of sick people is the obvious, but any other ideas on how to prevent it?
