Stay away from it. it's good to releave any rough dryness on your skin, but that is about it. FOr acne, it will only make it worse. I recmommend going to the doctor and asking for Benzaclyn, a topical gel for your face. It only costs 5 bux to get that compared to Proactiv, which is MUCH more expensive. It is very effective, you'll see results right away, and after about 2 weeks, your face should be close to clean. Ive been using for about 2 months now (i barely even need to use it anymore) and if i ever get anything on ym face, if i use it one night, it'll be gone by the morning.

Here: it's called: Erythromycin-Benzoyl Peroxide Topical Gel. It's prescrition

ahahaah i actually have something called "white pertolatum USP" on some of my acne right now. i put it on so it doesnt scab and scar. i have done it before and it actually seemed to heal faster and not scar at all. but yes its very greasy and should be applied to ONLY the pimple. dont get any on the uninfected skin. It's not advised. Petroleum jelly is like a thick grease. It's prone to clogging your pores. If you were to use it on your knees or elbows (places not prone to clogged pores), then you'd probably be safe.

eh. i would def. not do it. its really thick and oily and can clog pores or irritate your acne.

if you need a moisturizer i recommend nivea soft.

probably, as long as you wash it off REALLY well relatively quickly. unless you really want to though, i wouldn't.
