I suffered from the same problem once. There are certain people who are born with allegies and some who have them triggered by the weakened immune system. The reactions get worse as the person gets older if it remains unattended. I went to see my doctor, told the symtoms, and they did an allergy test. I found out that I was allergic to pollen. (I haven't been allergic before.) They said this sudden allegry happens if there is a slightly weak immune system. SO, after I ate more fruits and veggies,(and a lot of water with exercise,) I wasn't allergic anymore!!! Hope this helps!!!

This is very normal you are still very young, but as we start getting older we start noticing more changes in our bodies, and symptoms which start affecting our health, sound like sinus pressure, with allergies affecting the are putting pressure. This is very common kind of allergy, it is going around kind of like a virus up in the air, feel like a bad cold, I have it right now, and it's just a bug that is very bothering, but will end up leaving your body, and makes your throat very dry, but I've had it for about a week now, and now my throat is starting to feel much better, but I would go see a doctor to be on the safe side, to give you something for that. Along with that I developed a cough with fluid in it, that's because my throat is clearing up...Spring time right around the corner and times are changing a lot with new seasons in them with more junk up in the air... Good luck, and hope you get well soon! Try drinking lots of fluids, hot teas, orange juice helps! Lots of rest, and try not to stress yourself out it makes this virus worse!

It is allergies. As you get older things change, including having allergies when you've never had them before. Try a light allergy med (maybe even just a saline nose spray) and some cough drops.

It is most likely allergies. Try over the counter Loratadine once-a-day tablets.
Also, check weather.com and track the allergy forecasts for your area. On the days you feel bad, see what is high in your area: mold spores, grass, hay, pollen. That's how I narrowed down my mold spores allergies.

It's just allergies. I've had the same problem for years. Talk to your doctor, he can give you something to help relieve those symptoms.
