I've always heard that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.....in other words your biggest meal should be breakfast as it gets your day started off good with energy.

You should eat some lunch because if you don't you will be starved by dinner and eat too much and gain weight as you're not active after dinner most of the time.

No-eat a good breakfast-some oatmeal and fruit, or some healthy cereal with some fruit, have a nice lunch like subway or a good sandwich with some soup use whole wheat bread. Your dinner should be your lightest meal as the calories don't get burned off at night like they do during the day. Have a light snack in-between breakfast/lunch and in-between lunch/dinner. The reason for these snacks is to keep you from being starving at your meals and then pig out. Does this make sense? Add in exercise, even walking, and you'll lose weight in double the time.....

NO! Its healthy to eat 5-6 small meals a day. All professionals will tell you NOT to skip a meal. Your body thinks there is a food shortage and slows down - it doesnt know you wont let yourself open the cupboard to your favorite snack.

Eat a decent breakfast, a mid-morning snack of carrots or yogurt, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner (and possibly a mid-evening snack no later than 3 hours before bed). If you arent hungry for the snacks, you are eating too much during your meal/snack, and you should reduce the calories.

if that big breakfast is late and that big dinner is early, it would be okay. But remember , your body needs to refuel every few hours or it goes into starvation mode. you can lose muscle instead of fat, so I'd suggest some fruit between breakfast/dinner so your body won't get get the wrong message. What you want is to keep your metabolism at an even pace. Skipping meals will not do that.

Why is everyone concered about there weight? I was concered badly one time, And I
Got skinny and it wasn't really fun so I put on a extra few pounds. Your weight is what
god wanted you to be, and if you don't like it, then you don't like what god gave you.
You should be happy god gave you a life.

But!, If you really wanna loose weight heres what you do. swimming season is coming
up and I know your really scared people will laugh at you.

- with every meal drink Water or Orange juice, Milk sometimes (Milk is very fattening).

- If you are bored and you think about eating and you think your hungry don't eat
Because you are really not hungry your just thinking about it. So try to do some sit ups
or push ups instead. Or do what you like to do.

- If you have junk food in your house, then get it all out. Because if you don't have
Junk food in your house, Guess what, You want be ABLE to eat it.

Let's say you eat alot of junk food, and you stop eating it. You will drop 15 pounds
easy.WHEN YOU SEE A CANDY, THINK OF A HOT GIRL/GUY IN A BATHING SUIT AND THINK WHO
YOU WANT MORE.

- Get some Fruits in your house loaded, and eat those when you are hungry but try
Drinking Lots of water too.

- Exercises -

1.) Punch air - Makes your arm look non-fat.
2.) Running/walking - Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
3.) Biking - Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 - 20 minutes
straight.
4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
5.) Weight lifting - Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
also you look better. Heavy weights - Builds muscles like body builders.

properly, that's no longer very healthful to pass a meal daily. what i might do, i might consume a reasonably super breakfast, customary sized lunch, possibly a salad, vegetables, or some end result, and a brilliant dinner. in case you're hungry between lunch and dinner, grab a healthful snack like a granola bar, or some fruit or vegetables. shop on understanding, purely attempt to consume extra of a healthful lunch! desire I helped! =]

Yes, as long as you're including fruits in the breakfast & veggies in the dinner portion. Also drink lots of water and take a multi-vitamin daily.
