i have a treadmil an ab lounge and id like to beomce more fit im 14 are there any sugestion to workout rutions

Run on the treadmill for at least 20 mins. You don't burn fat until you have ran for approx that long. Make sure you drink lots of water and stretch before running. maybe buy a pilates video to do in front of the T.V on the days you don't feel like running. Good luck!

It's better to run outside, but use the treadmill if you must.

Here's a great 20 minute run:

Do a brisk walk for 2 minutes
Third minute: slow jog
Fourth minute: fast jog
Fifth minute: run
Sixth minute: sprint
Seventh minute: slow jog (take it back down)
Follow what you did for the 3rd-6th minutes for four cycles.
In the next to the last minute do an all-out sprint, don't leave any energy in the tank? In the last minute, do a brisk walk.

If you do it correctly, you will sweat for an hour. Don't eat anything during this hour because your body is burning tremendous amounts of fat. If you do eat during that hour, your body will go to your stomach to burn energy instead of your fat storage.

Do that every other day. On the other days, do push-ups and pull-ups. Most people cannot do pull-ups, but I cannot stress what a fantastic exercize it is. It will be hard at first, but eventually your body will adjust.

Don't do the push-ups and pull-ups all at once. Do them in different sets. For instance, do eight sets of eight pull-ups.
