Sleep deprivation. Definitely. You gotta talk to your doc about this. You can't go on like this. Many more days without sleep, you'll be adding to that list of yours. I see a sleep aid or something to control the nightly urges to pee in your future. Sleep deprivation can reak havoc on the body and mind!!

I think your lack of sleep could be causing ungodly fatigue, depression, weight gain, irritability, forgetfullness, unexplained aches & pains......but, you really need to see a urologist & get your kidneys looked at before they get damaged any more!!!!!!!! don't wait, either!!!!!!!! I think you should see a sleep clinic as well or a mental health clinic where you can see a licensed therapist where you can get some feedback & some validation of what you're going thru right now. These are my suggestions. I wish you the best! Take care of yourself. You've got a lot going on with you mentally & physically - seek out professional help! now!!!!!!!

I think it is a little but of both actually. The best thing for you to do is take each day at a time and enjoy it to the fullest and when it is time for bed listen to classical music or try reading a book that will help you sleep. And when ever you feel sad about your father just remember all the happy times you had with him and ask him to help you though this time in your life. Good luck!

Yes,These symptoms are very similar for both depression and lack of sleep. You should check back with your Urologist for your kidneys. There are very important organs and you don't want to lose them. I'm sorry about your father, you have to move on with life even though simple things seem impossible to accomplish sometimes. Remember the good times you have with him. You owe to your father and your child to move on with life. Try to get together with friends and families instead of isolating yourself. It's ok to cry an dtalk about your loss!! Take care of yourself now!

I think you are both.

Lack of sleep can cause fatigue, depression, irritability forgetfulness, and lazyness.

Depression can cause weight gain, forgetfulness, lazyness and cause aches and pains.

I have suffered from both - I know from experience.
