Start off, by eating healthy. Low carb foods. No greasy oils for cooking. Use olive oil. Also, push ups? Try Korean push-ups. You put your hands in front of your head about even with your forehead. place them together like a diamond. Spread your legs apart, shoulder width. It is an extremely difficult push up put will increase your strength. Also, try doing push-ups using a chair. Place your feet on the chair so that you are doing an incline push up. Start using a bike or jog, to get your cardio, up and running (no pun intended). And most importantly, STRETCH, before and after your workouts. Good luck and be safe out there.

P90X on BeachBody

its intense... but many police officers through-out the US have used that program (starting with P90) and one said he started the P90 program because he wanted to get on SWAT and with the program he made the Swat team and that fitness test is much more intense then the normal physical exam
