I am 15 years old and weigh 311 pounds, my height is 5' 10

I have tried dieting, and it is working. but I just get soo impatient!!!
I never want to go to school and I suffer from Major Depression Disorder and Social Anxiety and some blood pressure disorder which im not being treated for.

I wanted to know if it is okay for me to atleast have a lap band surgery?

Some doctors say its okay but others say its not, if I can what site can I go to to find a specific doctor?

Let me begin off by saying please do not judge me with what I am about to tell you. This event in my life has plagued and scarred me forever....I have NO ONE I can talk to, no one I can relate to. That's why I'm here right now. I want to try and ease the burden :(
I was with this guy for about 6 months. We grew really really fond of each other and I really did love him. Problem is...I am from a really conservative and traditional family and my parents wanted to have have NOTHING to do with him. They actually never even knew we went out. I never told them about him. In the heat of the moment, I did some stupid things that I so deeply regret now. I actually stayed at his place for a weekend and lied to my parents. I did so much stuff to hurt them, that I swear I get nightmares at night as I sleep. The guilt haunts me. I knew, at the end, I had to choose between him or my family. Um.. hi I am having chest pains in my heart area it hurts like mess. It comes and goes. Will it make it worst when I sleep? My mom said go take a hot bath that would help a whole lot. any more tips? thanks so much! :-)

For the past 2-3 years ive been having these images, like pop ups infront of me, one minute i can be sat listening to music then the next im in a dream, i have the most horrible things that just pop up, like people dying, things happening bad things. thoughts of the most horrific things in my head, they seem so real, they make me so scared and suicidal, because i dont know if im the only one that has them and if im even normal

Before I broke up with my ex, whenever I'd fall asleep, he'd put the moves on me and I'd completely freeze up when I came to and never knew what to do. He'd reach his hands in unmentionable areas, he'd fondle my chest and even tried to pull my pants down a couple of times.

I never told anyone about this. but today, I saw pictures of him, as as soon as I saw his hands and fingers...I feel like I'm going to/want to throw up.

Is this normal? If so how can I make it stop or get rid of it?

I really don't know what to do...

Sometimes, i have sexual thoughts that are graphic, such as stranger sex, 3 somes etc..i find myself thinking about this when i sleep too...also things like starting fires, numerous things that are not right or NORMAL...and then i find myself feeling guilty..I feel like i have "sinned"...Do you think we can sin in our head? My daughter has gained like 18 pounds since November. The doctor checked her for a thyroid disorder and found nothing. She eats healthy, not much junk food and no sugary drinks. Any ideas on why she keeps gaining weight, what could be causing it and what can I do. She also walks on the treadmill for 10 min a day, plus plays basket ball and bowls. She is 10 years old.

is it possible for a 21 year old active person who goes to the gym 4-5 times a week and havent travelled anywhere lately or had extensive bed rest tand only been on the pill for a couple of days to develop blood clots in leg? i had a bit of a swelling / tenderness beind my leg but it hardly hurt at the time and i could easily walk on it ..had no other symptoms.
