Before I broke up with my ex, whenever I'd fall asleep, he'd put the moves on me and I'd completely freeze up when I came to and never knew what to do. He'd reach his hands in unmentionable areas, he'd fondle my chest and even tried to pull my pants down a couple of times.

I never told anyone about this. but today, I saw pictures of him, as as soon as I saw his hands and fingers...I feel like I'm going to/want to throw up.

Is this normal? If so how can I make it stop or get rid of it?

I really don't know what to do...

It is perfectly normal when one has been sexually abused/assulted, and make no mistake, what was done to you was sexual assult, to feel all sorts of unpleasant things when confronted by their abuser. Please seek counselling.

you sleep in your pants?

I guess it depends on the nature of your relationship... If you were uncomfortable about it you should have said something. When my wife and I are sleeping together I do on ocassion reach over and carress, hold and occasionaly grope but we've talked about it and she says doesn't mind a bit. I don't do it every time she falls asleep infact probably less than 1 in 50 but the few times I have been touching her and she's woken up she's always responded more than favorabley. Infact theres been times I've been touching her in not so naughty areas and she grab my hand and move it to a real naughty area lol. It just depends what your relationship is like... I'm guessing you didn't really have too strong of feelings for him if he is now your ex.

Sounds like you have some type of sexual physical trauma. I am not a doctor or expert but I really think you should ask a professional what to do.

I have not had such a wonderful past either.

I have a book called Forgive and Love Again by John Nieder and Thomas M. Thompson this book has helped me Love Again .

Maybe you can talk to someone you trust . I would talk to family member or even your Pastor or Pastors wife if you can get help within the spiritual realm that has helped me with many of my past and present problems.

Apparently this man is no good to or for you and Pictures of him please do not let people show you pics of this person. Let others know at least you do not want to see his pics and any other request you have. Love yourself enough to stand up for yourself.

First off, you should have opened your eyes and yelled "get your freakin' hand off me pervert!! I did not give you permission to touch me!!" Second, you need to talk to the school psychologist. To try and deal with it - its normal to feel that way, but you need to learn what to do to get over it, and also so they know in case he does this to other girls. I'm sorry this happened to you...its awful. But if it happens again, speak up! Its your body and no one can do anything to it without your permission.
