I read somewhere you can never exercise like you were before and that its very unlikely the weight u put on after you have had one doesnt shift or harder to, which is it.

cause i have a personal trainer and go to the gym and exercise reguarly to maintain a reasonable nice figure as it is at the moment, if people telling me the figure never goes back to what it was before even with sensible eating n exercise then i definitely will not ever have a baby cause i dont want that stress of having to try to get it off if and when i cant.

In most cases your body will change in ways that can't be changed. It is harder to loose the weight in most cases too. There is no reason unless you have a health reason that you can't exercise like you did before your pregnancy.

I just had a babe a year ago and I'm back to exercising and I don't feel that my energy is any less than before. As far as your body going back exactly as it was before--dream on. Unless you have lots of moolah and can go have plastic surgery, just accept that some parts of your bod will not look the same as before. I did take off my baby weight and some, but I still have the stretch marks and some extra fat in my problem areas. It really doesn't bother me b/c I eat healthy and I know that my overall health is pretty good. You should be more concerned with being at a healthy weight and having good overall health, not what your body should look like after having a child. Not trying to get preachy, but children are truly a miraculous gift from God and you shouldn't let your body image get in the way of bringing more of those precious gifts into this world.

it's true that you don't have the exact same figure as b4 having kids but you can get pretty close. you shouldn't exercise too much for about 6weeks after giving birth, but if you look after yourself while pregnant and then after you can drop the weight pretty fast. breast feeding also helps to burn kilojoules. I was 50 kilos and 21yrs when had my first. put on 22kilos during pregnancy, then got down too too 53kilos before falling pregnant again when my 1st was 9months. Ive had a pretty good figure being about 55kilos up until now at 27yrs when I am pregnant with my 3rd. That's all without trying as I am one of the most laziest people you will meet.
blah blah blah. hope this doesn't bore you.

Everyone is different when it comes to weight gain after having kids. Some women look like they were never pregnant; others, including myself, have extra weight they are having a hard time getting rid of. Plus, your organs and body parts got moved around or stretched due to that precious little baby. I've seen women lose most of the weight but had to work really hard to do it...I think it is that once you become a parent...you put yourself last which, sometimes includes your health!!!

Its not that its not possible medically, its that you will not have time to dedicate to working out and eating correctly once you have a baby to take care of. It is hard to accomplish, that's all. If you really dedicate yourself, yes, you can get it back. Your body will change, and it will never be exactly the same, but it can be healthy and thin again. I know several women who managed to do it, and several who did not.

it will be harder to get back in shape. Women generally put on between 30-45 lbs when they're pregnant. So it takes alot of time and effort to lose the weight and get back into the physical shape you so desire.

It's not true. 1 week after having my first child I was wearing my regular clothes and I was small. (then)
If you take care of yourself throughout the pregnancy it will make a big difference in how your body recovers.

The only thing you can't change after giving natural birth. Is your butt.
