Well Starting Monday Im Going To Start Working Out For Now Im Just Doing The DVDS Ill Work My Way To A Gym Later But Anyway I Heard That It Is Best To WorkOut Before U Eat Early In The Morning So Is That True Or When Is A Good Time To WorkOut

The best time is the one you can put in your schedule & do for the long term. It's true that the morning and afternoon workouts are a bit better because they raise your metabolism during the day and help you burn more calories. I'd go with what's best for you, though...because it's far better to work out than not at all. The link below has some tips on exercises & running, if interested. Best of luck.

I think it really depends on the person. If you're a morning person then maybe in the morning and vice versa. Some people like to workout in the morning so they can get a boost of energy for the rest of the day or just get it over with so they don't have to worry about it later. I personally like to exercise at night so I can burn off what I had for dinner. =/

If you throw up rather easily, then eat after you exercises, but if you get faint, I would suggest eating before. It mostly depends on how your body is. If you're running outside, go in the morning or at night with a friend, because it's safer. And keep up the exercise video workouts!

There is a science about that. I don't know it. I do know that you should work out when you are motivated, feel like it and are free from distractions. Even if science says that early morning is best, if you can't work out then for some reason then it's not best for you. Do what you can. Plan for it. If you can regularly work-out in the evenings, then do it then.

HM.. well its nice to work out in the morning and at night but i think the best is in the morning because its nice and quiet and u can focus and then right after u can get ready depends on Wat job u do.
