I'M 5 FEET 8 INCHES, 190 POUNDS, 13 YEARS OLD, BUT AN ATHLETE, ALL STAR CENTER IN MY SCHOOL LEAGUE

5'8" by rule should be about 160-170 depending on body structure but if you are athletic and have a lot of muscle, you could very well weigh more. Let your body dictate that. Generally for a mid-size frame at 5'0", you should weigh about 106. Tack on 6lbs for every inch after that... so 106 + 48= 154.

Oh, and a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat, it's just more compressed :P

wow you are tall,hee!! im 13 and 5'3 dang! Im not sure my dad is the same height and weighs 177 lb.But if you are an athlet you must have lots of muscles.....are you really 13? you just seem so tall and muscular or your age , its kinda funny a boy is asking this question usually us girls are more concerned with our weight, you shouldn' wory about it. If you rally want to change how you look just drop the peproni pizza and go for lean cuzine vegiterrian pizza and take diet soda instead of regular that should be an easy adjustment.

You're at an unhealthy weight, but whether it's fat is a different question. Next time you see a doctor (perhaps with your next sports physical), why not ask? To get a reasonably exact measure of body fat is a little complicated, but your doctor can give you a decent estimate pretty simply.

then you go little boy you go. Make sure that it's all muscle, and hit the books... if you aren't getting all A's in school you have a lot to learn, unless your father owns the company and you are just gonna take it over.

Without being able to see you I don't think you sound like you are fat to me.....sounds like you have a big body frame.....maybe you could stand to lose a little weight....see what your doctor recommends.
