I want to get into better shape, but I don't have lot of extra time. So can you please give me some excersices that I can do in about 10-20 minutes? (I'm a girl, so I want girl's excericises) Thanks! Your help is greatly appreciated! =]

sit-ups
crunches
lunges
resistance training

(building muscle also burns fat and is less time consuming)

a good one is the pub jogging one this helps yer legs and yer arm muscles , wont get to many done in 10 two 20 mins unless you take very small sips,

Jumping jacks, jump rope, stretching, sit ups, arm curls with a can or water bottle in each hand.
