Like alot of girls I am getting ready for bathing suite season, and I want to know the easiest diet you can recommend so that I can shed those winter pounds.

Only things that grow. Fruits, Veggies, Nuts. Water and 100% fruit juice. Nothing else. Dont cheat. Its great and you will feel unbelievably healthy. Make sure you eat dark veggies to get some protein (spinach for example is 54%protein and the rest is water) You'll feel crappy for three days while your body detoxes (gets rid of caffeine and junk) then after that its great. Dont cheat though, one time makes it twice as hard to start over!!!

First, remember there are no bad foods, just bad eaters.
Eat slower, healthier and smaller portions for the best "diet." Eat three meals a day, and a snack of fruit between meals. (keeps your insulin levels even). Don't eat more than a cracker and/or milk before bed, otherwise don't eat late. Your bigger meal should be mid-day and the light meal dinner.
And the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to be more active: bicycle, run, walk, play volleyball, swim.
