does tanning realy help clear up skin? and how does that work if acne is cuased by hormones?

Ever since 9/11 (Bless everyone) I am terrified of flying on a plane. I flew on one this summer for a family reunion, but I had several panic attacks on the way there, and back. I am going to see my boyfriend in Seattle (Where I am moving) from Tucson, and my psychiatrist prescribed me five 1mg Xanax. Has this helped anyone on a plane? Will it prevent my panic attacks?

I was 7 days late on my period, and I have a had a very light one for 3 days. It's basically just been spotting. Other than that, i have had nausea, and some mild cramping. No appetite. I have heard it may be endometriosis, though im not farmilar with that. I am planning on going to a physican, but i just wanted to get an idea on what it could be from. Thanks!!!

I've been anemia since I was a teenager. I have very heavy periods that always lasts more than a week. I can tell why I've been anemia after seeing all the blood keep going out.

So I starts to take vitamins which includes iron enough and I've been always very careful to take, meaning I always eat full before take those vitamins but I get stomach ache all the time and don't know what to do.

I've been trying to get vitamins through foods but it doesn't work as efficient as planned since I'm vegan.

Is there any way to take vitamins that doesn't cause stomach aches? I found ester is very gentle to stomach but it's available for only vitaminC.

If there's any herbs or soething included iron, could anyone please tell me?

Im the person who has to try them out and sometimes flip out on them. Its so hard to sit there and hear someone say oh well we just have to find the right combo. I dont know what to do I have tried so many combos and I just flat out feel like ****. I kinda want to sleep for 5 days in a row. I just want out of my head.

Whenever I try to smile my teeth don't show,no matter how big i smile my teeth don't show at all,when i feel my top gum there is that ridge and it seems kinda low..PLEASE HELP why is my mouth like that?? After two weeks of green diarrhea, and a little bit of throwing up and fever...I took my 2 year old to the doctor last Friday. He said it was rotovirus and should be going away soon. He said no treatment other than keeping her hydrated. We haven't given her any milk, and have been giving her Gatorade like the doctor said.
