13 is a great age to start developing healthy habits.
You should concentrate on
- learning what foods are healthy to eat, that you like (cut back on chips, sweets, and eat more salads, vegetables, and whole grains)
- finding exercise that you enjoy -- a sport, walking, or ballet, yoga, or some other kind of class.
At your age, you don't need to lose weight, but if you eat healthy and exercise, you'll grow more slender and toned as you grow taller.
People will not like you more or less because of a few pounds. Learn to love yourself and your body, and you'll do fine!

You're fine. For future reference, use a BMI calculator, like the one on WebMD. It'll give you accurate results based on height, weight, gender, and age.
