I don't need a web site, I see it in my practice on a daily basis. In addition, there were multiple studies done back in the 50's on kids who ate a balanced diet and exercised compared to those who didn't. The girl's who were over weight started the menstruation cycle on average of 2 1/2 years earlier than those had a healthy life style and were of normal weight. Also found was that if you pushed the girls a little harder and had them into heavy sports you could actually delay the onset of puberty by as much as 3 years. Our Olympic gymnastics athletes are a good example of that.
