How much is the normal weight for my age and height? I just got a tread mill and am planning on losing weight, how much should I lose?

my right hand loose control & very depressed even i get angry on somebody tears roll out from my eye and i feel vry weak . i have some somtach problem some yellow water is coming in it and sotmach has swelling feel fever after every meal and when get angry my condition is very upset

Hi. I am 15 and I am 5ft 7in! i weigh 165 lbs. Do you think i am overweight?
Also: i want to lose about 45 lbs. Do you think this is good?
I have a treadmill at my house and a stability ball. I also have 5 and 8 pound dumbells. is this enough equipment to work out with?
This summer i can also swim in my pool. Can you give me any tips?
-how long should i run on the treadmill each day?
-how do you use a stability ball? what are some differen't things you can do with it?
-any other ways to lose weught?
oh and i wanna get in shape and like get tone! so how do i do that?
I cant go to a gym. I can only use what i have here.
-do you know any healthy foods and snakcs i can try?

I used to play basketball and then I stopped and my knee was killing me. So, I went to my primary care doctor and he said that it was just the muscle on top of my knee wasn't as strong anymore... so i went to my cousin who is a personal trainer and we built the muscle so everything was strong. the pain never went away and i have never injured my knee (that i can think of). this was like back in september i think. any ideas on what might be wrong with me knee?

My sister has this problem where in when she excersises or is out in the cold for a while she gets itchy. Mostly in her legs, her butt cheeks and sometimes her arms, and sometimes the tops of her feet. Any one else experience this? Any one know why?

My mom is currently on toprol xl 50. The doctor increased her by 25- She seems to be having anxiety and heart racing alot and stomach problem. She is also very nervous-- The doctor told her there are not side effects- I was wondering if the increase could do this? also the doctor now decreased back to her normal level 50 and she is still having problems- how long does it take toprol xl to get out of your system?

I has mashed potatoes and corn last night. I just used the bathroom for a #2 and the corn didn't digest. Last week I had chili and the kidney beans didn't digest either. Is it normal for these two foods not to digest and that they come out looking that same way they going in?

i'm 14, 68" or 5' 8", 111 pounds or 50 kgs.
i want to be fitter and stronger, for that i'll have to loose fat but gain muscle.
now the question is how do i do it. and the problem is that when the i workout my body burns fat if i eat less calories but how can make sure it does not burn off by abs(or the rest of the muscles).

Until a month ago, I had a huge problem with warts growing on my hands. It started with one, which stubbornly refused to die for 2 years. Then, one day, several others grew. I tried to kill them in a few over-the-counter methods, none of which worked. I had a doctor (general practioner) freeze them, and they came back. Finally I made an appointment with a dermatologist (he can't see me for 6 months), and in the meanwhile I decided to try one more over the counter treatment. It can't hurt right? So I picked up a treatment that uses a bandaid to apply 18 percent silaic acid to the warts. To my pleasure, I killed five warts this way--or at least got the visible portion to fall off. Then, to my graet suprise, just after the five warts fell off, abruptly *every* other wart on my hands, of any size or age, shrank away. It took under a week.

Does anyone know why this happened? Did my immune system suddenly "recognize" the HPV virus? I'm deeply curious as to what cause this turn of events.
