I strongly suggest a well rounded nutritious diet. Follow the recommendation you can find on the American Dietetic Association website. Children need well rounded nutrition for development of all tissues such as skin, bone, liver, heart, brain and other organs. Fruit juices and milk instead of soft drinks are better. As she advances into school ask about the schools program for balance nutrtion. Today it's so much harder to eat right it seems.

Lots of fruit and veggies, healthy balanced meals, not too much meat, no fast-food ever, not much candy. That helps a bit, but all in all, there isn't much you can do, since your length is mostly defined in your genes.

Love is the best.
Besides, its in the genes which is a deciding factor on height. Feed your children with love and they will walk tall.

Just give her a good veggie diet and hope for the best. It's up to her genes, unless she's stunted by a really lousy diet.
