Yes they can. It's not as publicized as women's breast cancer but they do get it.
First of all - if you're really only 12 you need to go talk to a parent and tell them what's going on. They can take a look and take you to the doctor for an exam. It's probably not breast cancer, so don't be scared.

Yes, but it is very very rare. Since you say that it hurts, it's probably a pimple. According to the US National Cancer Institute, "Men at any age may develop breast cancer, but it is usually detected (found) in men between 60 and 70 years of age. Male breast cancer makes up less than 1% of all cases of breast cancer."
I am very sure that you're okay. See a dermatologist and ask her/him what can be done with that pimple.

Yes they can. However any doctor will tell you if you have a lump in your breast that pain is good because pain is not usually associated with malignant tumors. BUT for anyone to tell you that it is not possible for it to be cancer at your age is sadly mistaken. Show your parents. The pain is a good thing in this case but it is still better to be safe than sorry.

Technically, anyone can get forms of cancer anywhere on their body. Check out WebMD.com for actual answers on this.
If you have something like that which is causing pain, tell your parents and have a doctor check it out. It may just be nothing, but better safe than sorry.
