If you cut down on carbs such as breads, chips, and sodas, it will help you reduce. You also need to eat good protein foods, fish, meats, nuts (watch out for carbs) and green vegies. Read here for more information on weight loss. You also must exercise.

lean meats like chicken, fish, substitute turkey for ground meat. Exercise regularly, especially running or jogging, that's the best way. Stay away from potatoes, pasta, any kind of fast food, white bread and alcohol. Don't overeat at meals either, if you're used to eating 3 times a day try to spread it out to 4 or 5 lighter meals.

pineapples don't make you fat. have you ever known anybody that got fat from eating a freaking pineapple? they're actually a natural diuretic. as for potatoes, m o d e r a t i o n, my dear. any vegetable or fruit is going to be good for you. the more colourful, the more vitamins. things like yams and potatoes have high starch and i'd say stay light on those servings. guys metabolize starches better than we do. fruit is wonderful, especially in the morning with natural yogurt and granola. do you drink 'fruit' juice? if you do, don't. unless you know it's 100% natural. a lot of juices are just sugary garbage. same goes for soda but that's obvious.

nix the white bread/pasta/pitas/whatever. they have very little nutritional value. stick with whole grains/flax. get reduced fat cheese, etc. chicken is always a healthy choice for dinner, tuna salad for lunch.. any type of lean meat for a good protein.

if i were you, i'd research the healthy fat/carb/cal ratio for your age and take it from there. go shopping and read labels, etc. and exercise, exercise, eeexerciiiiise.

Stay away from starches, breads, butter, cokes, and drinks with sugar....drink plenty of water, and eat in intervals( meaning eat a little bit every couple of hours, not three big meals) a protein shake or meal replacement shake should substitue for one of your meals.....look at your labels as well....the best food to ead are, salads, grilled or baked fish, baked chicken, and steamed vegtables,,,,just try not to eat fried foods with grease, and stay away from the fast food joints! treat your self every once in a while though! :)
