You will want something with ibuprofen to get rid of the inflammation. any product with acetaminophen (Tylenol) will not help with sinus pain as much. You also want to look for a decongestant like pseudoephdrine and some Guaifenesin to thin the mucous. Those three things will give you some drainage and pressure relief. Hope that helps

If you are having that upper respitory flu that's going around try Sudafed. It worked for me so I could keep up my daily routine while others here had to stay home from work. It's one of the drugs you now have to get from the pharmacist because they use it to make meth but it is over the counter w/no prescription necessary. The generic is Pseudophedrine and is the same thing only cheaper. If you don't have the flu, but have a true sinus infection you need an antibiotic and that requires a prescription from a Dr. You can't mess around with a sinus infection. I had a friend who's sinuses burst in the night and her husband woke up to a bed full of blood and a dead wife. There is only so much room for swelling in your head so something has to give and into your brain is the easiest place for it to go so be careful .
Good Luck and God Bless
