how can i lose weight and fat in just 1 week!!!

You can't lose a lot of weight healthfully in one week. Make sure you eat a lot of fruit and veggies though, and get protein if you're exercising. Run and go to the gym. You should exercise 45-60 minutes a day. Make sure you drink A LOT of water, too.

start running and eating plenty of Proteins. drop the sweets, yoghurts and chockies. drink loads of the yucky water and never give up if your fridge calls you an enemy!

you wont lose a lot. start running! dont eat meat or bread. NO soda or juice.
