why do guys freak out so much over the possibilty they have drank human breast milk, when they drink bovine breastmilk on a daily basis?

I think it depends on culture, and where you live, and how someone is raised. I know many men and chat to many men and women on a daily basis, who enjoy this not as a sexual or fetish type of thing, but as a closer bonding and special relationship with their partner. There are many couples who participate in this.

In our culture, people don't like to be reminded that they are actually just another species of animal. We like to believe we are unique creatures unrelated to other life forms. However, humans belong to the class of animals known as mammals. All female mammals (unless there is something wrong) are able to produce milk. Under certain conditions, even male mammals can produce milk, including human males.
We think cow's milk is just fine (those of us who like milk, which I hate) because that's what we're used to and exposed to every day. People from other cultures would find this appalling and repugnant. Human breast milk serves the same purpose as milk from any other mammal; to nourish the young. Most of us don't find nursing a baby to be a reason to freak out; we believe and science tells us it's healthier for an infant to be breast-fed than to use formula or cow's milk, since the breast milk contains antibodies which protect the infant from many contagious illnesses. However, most people in our culture believe that an adult partaking of breast milk is somehow "abnormal". Also, since we don't see it in our grocery store dairy aisle, it's not something we're familiar with on a daily basis.

Who freaks out? I suckled on my mama tit. I was 18 months old, so what the hay. We are mammals, and that is what mammals do!
