You need to win the war mentally first, physically second. In August 2006 I was 250lbs. Now, I'm 195 and still heading lower. Here's what I did:
1. I drove less, and stopping taking the bus to class. Instead, I walked. This comes out to 8-10 miles/week.
2. I replaced all regular soda with Diet Mountain Dew to avoid the calories and increase my metabolism. When Pepsi Max comes out in the summer, I'm going to switch to that.
3. I put up pictures of Christine Lakin (my celebrity crush) everywhere near food. So, everytime I thought about eating something I'd see that sexy woman and remind myself to eat healthy.
4. I stopped eating like a normal person and got myself a system. Eating out at restaurants or not having a plan where you know the nutrional information is really bad. So, I decided to focus only on foods that I new the calorie information and not eat anything else. Which foods should you focus on? Fruits, vegetables, soup, LIGHT soymilk, and ultra high fiber foods/drinks. This allows me to loose weight, but feel full at the same time.
5. I take a multivitamin, vitamin e, vitamin c, calcium, and metabolism every day.
Keep in mind, this strategy works very well and I haven't even gone to the gym in months.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

you need:
2 tablespoons FRESH squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)

Doing a sport you enjoy for about one-two hours a day for a week could work. Or you could do what my cousin does and run one-two miles everyday. Both will help you shed that weight fast!

My friend used this book "The Fast Track One-Day Detox Diet" by Ann Louise Gittleman PhD for something similar. She loved it and stuck to it afterwards as well!

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Run everyday!!!!!! or swim Oh and when you work out wear heavy sweaters and clothing cuz it makes you sweat more and you lose weight! Trust me! Wrestlers do it to lose pounds before a match!

Cut out all sugar and carbs. Make sure to eat plenty of chicken and carbless veggies! If you do eat any sugar or carbs, eat some protein first. It will help burn the excess carbs. (i.e. glass of milk or protein shake for breakfast with fruit!)

lol ok to lose weight, ironically you have to eat more. ok you need to eat 3 light meals a day and 4 snacks that are healthy, like high protein snacks, and fruit
