i'm 14, 68" or 5' 8", 111 pounds or 50 kgs.
i want to be fitter and stronger, for that i'll have to loose fat but gain muscle.
now the question is how do i do it. and the problem is that when the i workout my body burns fat if i eat less calories but how can make sure it does not burn off by abs(or the rest of the muscles).

You'll have to take steroids. Muscular Development has good articles on steroids and positive effects.

Do cardio to work off the fat. Do strength training to build your muscles. Make sure you eat enough protein for muscle building.
