I has mashed potatoes and corn last night. I just used the bathroom for a #2 and the corn didn't digest. Last week I had chili and the kidney beans didn't digest either. Is it normal for these two foods not to digest and that they come out looking that same way they going in?

Sorry for the gross topic but I'm concerned that something might be wrong with my stomach. Thanks for you input.

Especially with the corn, Yes. It is completly normal. For the most part anything that has a skin on it like corn or certain beans wont get digested completly even though your body absorbs the nutrients from it. Some people may think poo is a gross topic to talk about but keeping an eye on your bowel movements is important otherwise you wouldn't be able to notice a change.

You are fine. This is normal. You might not be chewing your food thoroughly enough, that is it. Some of the fiber in these veggies will pass through you.
