i few days ago i do my normal excersise routine and then i decided to add squats to it. i did about 50 and then after that my legs were obviously tired but after a while they didnt get better. they kept like trembling like walking up the stairs but they werent weak. days later, today, it still hurts and i dont know what to do.

I've lost quite abit of weight recently and I was wondering if after a certain weight, no matter how much you exercise and eat right, will you just stay stuck at a certain weight?
I don't need to lose anymore, but I was just wondering.

Hi, I have pretty severe asthma, and right now it's worse than ever because I have a sinus infection too. UGH! Anyway, I'm doing 330 mcg of Flovent twice daily, plus a Xopenex nebulizer treatment every 4 hours (like clockwork). I'm also on Allegra-D and Biaxin (plus Tylenol for fever as needed, and Benadryl because I'm sneezing like crazy and the Allegra-D isn't cutting it). The problem is that even with the asthma medication, I have a terrible asthma cough, I constantly feel short of breath, and I'm wheezing (even immediately after doing a neb treatment). It gets much worse at night when I lay down, so I've slept sitting straight up for 4 days. Regardless, the asthma is getting worse and my doctor's office isn't open on the weekends. I hate going into the hospital a lot, and in the last month alone I've been in there 3 times (twice for asthma, which they gave me steroids for, and once I was admitted for a food poisoning/viral thing)... Recently, for the first time in my life, during vaginal sex I had a bowel movement. I'm wondering what would cause this. Very intense orgasm? I've never heard of this happening during sex, during labor yes but not sex. I had a bowel movement about 20 mins before having sex. What concerns me is that I had no cramps, felt nothing to indicate I had to go and felt nothing come out...it wasn't until afterward we noticed it on the bed. Is this something to see a dr about or is it a fluke, just one of those rare things that happens?? .Serious answers only please, I consider this to be a health question.

I've recently lost quite a bit of weight, but probably not the best way. I did it by eating way less and exercising alot. So anyways, the about 2 months ago, my period didn't come. Then last month it came alittle, went away then the next day alittle too. Well, this month, the same thing is happening. To me, I'm eating fine, but is there something else that has alot of vitamins [or something that will help] in it that I should eat, or something I should do?

A old friend and lover of mind, apparently is bipolar. He has had religious halluctions and delusions or granduiar, parinonia , He is obsessed with religion, the internet, and believes he is being opressed by political persecusion. Some of the time he is okay, he is very intellegent. He is a good person basically, At one time I loved him very much. His family has disowned him. He hasn't worked on a public job in the 3 almost 4 yrs. that he has been this way. I have talked with him till I'm am about to give up, At this time I am the closest friend . He will not seek medical help . He believes the rest of us is crazy. He stays on the internet about 18 hrs a day. He is convinced that the end of the world is coming very soon and he will have a key religious up coming role in this. He fits every description of bipolar there is. We have no sexual relationship, he uses religion, to more or less cop out, on this one, no sex before marriage. No Marriage now, no woman religious enough
