How often do you have to drink it? And approx how much will you lose in a certain period of time? Is it good?

green tea, it's alright, you need to drink at least 4 cups a day, and how much weight you lose depends on your body type and weight.
PS- it gives you diahhrea

It is called Senna Tea. You can get it at vitamin and health food stores. Basically it makes you go to the bathroom ALOT. Do not drink it and then expect to go out for the day. Pick a day that you can stay home. Drink a ton of water and have a candle ready. Not pretty, but if you are trying to lose some water weight and a some inches try it.

No matter how much of any tea you drink you're not going to lose a lot of weight if you're using your tea to wash down twice your own body weight of junk food every day.

Tea only works to help reduce body weight because:-
(a) it (VERY SLIGHTLY) raises your metabolism level so you burn an extra calorie or two every day; and
(b) it acts as a diuretic - it makes you lose body fluid (water)... but the amount of fat in your body is NOT changed; and
(c) drinking plenty of any fluid, including tea, is essential when you are dieting so that your body can more easily get rid of the waste products caused by the breakdown of body fat

None of these factors have any major effect on body weight UNLESS you also reduce the amount you eat and exercise.

Tea, green, brown, black or purple with pink spots is not a magical cure for being overweight... the key to losing weight is EAT LESS EXERCISE MORE

[and if it gives you diarrhoea then you're also in danger of losing essential salts from your body and harming yourself through dehydration]

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Green Tea because of it's caffine and antioxitants it helps clease out your body and removes waste. (Also try eating an apple every day you can lose weight and keep it off that way)

I think it is green tea, but altough it might work for a period of time it is not good to depend on it for the rest of your life. The minute you stop it only gives the urge to eat more, the best thing to do is eat healthy, substitue junk food for vegetables, fruits, eat in small portions and exercise, dont do cardio alone, do strengh training as well to give you a longer leaner look!!
