I've recently lost quite a bit of weight, but probably not the best way. I did it by eating way less and exercising alot. So anyways, the about 2 months ago, my period didn't come. Then last month it came alittle, went away then the next day alittle too. Well, this month, the same thing is happening. To me, I'm eating fine, but is there something else that has alot of vitamins [or something that will help] in it that I should eat, or something I should do?

Thanks.

Eating and Exercise can affect your cycle. If you are worried I'd call the doctor otherwise I'd wait a month or two. Your body has to adjust to the new you. But if you are on birth control you should call the doctor right away b/c the pills is usually linked to your weight and it might need to be changed.

An unhealthy diet is a big factor when it comes to period problems. You need to eat healthier and eventually things will go back to normal.

eat healthy. your period will not come if you are too underweight. you need a certain amount of body fat on you to make it happen. so eat more. if u lost so much weight that your period stopped, you lost TOO much. its interfering with your health.
