I've lost quite abit of weight recently and I was wondering if after a certain weight, no matter how much you exercise and eat right, will you just stay stuck at a certain weight?
I don't need to lose anymore, but I was just wondering.

Thanks.

i guess it depends. muscle ways more than fat so if u exercise u could just be losing fat and gaining muscle so u just stay at a certain weight. i dont think theres a certain weight where u just get stuck at.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
