Iam jan 29 year old, When i was 16 year old , i had a sex with a sex lady without wear condom, only one time in my life , now its already completed 13 years. I dont have any symptoms of hiv , even weight loss. . Now iam going to get marry next month. Can pls anybody tell me iam infected with hiv or any possibility ?
Because iam so worried about this. Please tell me as soon as possible.

It's harder to see what's going on inside another person, right?

So do you ever wish that people close to you, could see your emotional and mental scarring?

Because then they could understand what is or was happening and try helping you.

I wish i could show how i feel inside to my family, i have tried telling them they don't understand or really give a damn ( they rather have long intense talks about football and football transfers)
So maybe if they saw how much i was hurting inside , they would help me, instead criticising or ignoring me. I would have to slit my throat before they did something and even then they would only do soo because if they didn't, it would make them look bad to other people.

Is this a extreme of attention seeking?

And does anyone else wish people could really see what they were going through?

Or am i crazy???

I thought this was something that only children got.
I quite often 'wake up' and see spiders on the ceiling, either crawling, or dangling down from its web. Nearly every time this happens, I jump out the bed, heart pounding, scared to get back into bed until I have checked there are no spiders in there.
Sometimes I have my litlun in bed with me, and once I dragged him out of bed too - while he was slepping, as I thought the huge spider was dangling right above him.
I also sometimes 'see' smoke by the ceiling, and the first time it happened i was convimced there was a fire. I was petrified.
Luckily I am not scared to go to bed, or go to sleep, but i am worried that this will get worse.
Are these night terrors? What causes them, and should I see a Doctor?

I am 18, and 5'1. I look like i weigh about 140, but in actuality, i weigh 176 pounds.(something that i am very ashamed of.) I am not able to go to the gym more than once a week, due to situations at my house. Can anyone offer any diet/exercise advice that i can follow easily at home?

I have been on a beta blocker for a year now for tachycardia. Dr didn't investigate the cause other than doing a holter monitor and EKG several times. It was also blamed on my thyroid before they took half of it out due to nodules...none of these things fit the cause for the fast heart rate and nothing improves it (not even weight loss). The symptoms I get are heart pounding (palipitations) tingling in both hands, short of breath, clammy- like a cold sweat, confusion and extreme exhaustion. It seems to be happening more frequently too. These symptoms were not all present when I first started taking the beta blockers 1 year ago. One day last week, I forgot to take the med and this happened so I blamed it on that. The next time it happened exactly the same and I had already taken the beta blocker hours before. I also have an autoimmune disease so I thought it was yet another symptom from that but wanted to ask anyway to see if other's have the same symptoms.

They don't shake enough that means I cant type/draw/write. It's only been pointed out once. Is it just me, cause I cant hold out my hand flat and straight still, they move slightly! Help please- besides seeing a doctor!
