Make an appointment with an allergist. They can do allergy tests to help you discover what you are allergic to. They can also make lifestyle recommendations to help you avoid or limit your exposure to the things which you are allergic to. Additionally, they can help with a treatment.

That doesn't sound pleasant!

See an allergist. It could be you are allergic to several things. Since you mentioned the winter specificly, I'm thinking there might be a dust allergy involved.

Good luck!

You have to see the doctor to find out your allergies. I'm not sure there is an easier way, but someone told me that they have to stick needles in a persons back to find out what he/she is allergic too.
