There are things you can do without thinking about it ( It's often called a lifestyle change).

Eat more fruits and veggies, less sugars and fat and exercise more. Choose all colors and varieties of fruit and vegetables.

Begin by cutting portion sizes from each meal (not much, just a little).
If you snack more than once a day, cut that down too.

Drink more water, at least one glass more.

As you progress you can:
Visit fast food and salad bars much less than before or not at all.

Cut out soft drinks, replace with water.

Each complex carbs.

No formal exercise needed if you:
Walk more, move more and stoop more. (Most times you can achieve all of this by cleaning your house more).

8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic

It's bloody difficult, but the best way I have found is to eat healthily and exercise more.

I go out at least once a day for a good 10-15 minute walk, every time I want a chocolate bar or snack, I have an Apple or Banana. Instead of Pie and chips for dinner, I'll have chicken fillets and vegetables, and for breakfast instead of leftovers from the night before I have cereal.

It's been difficult, and I have slipped up from time to time, but I have also lost a Stone and a Half in the last five months.

But really you need to decide if you really need to lose the weight, if you're happy and healthy I'd say not.

Either way, good luck!

Eat nourishing food that too only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless diabetic. U shud take water only in between the meals. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur brain generates a command to u to indicate that u have had enough. Take light exercise and brisk walks regularly. U will be able to attain ur ideal weight within a reasonable time gracefully and effortlessly w/o any side effects.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! To lose weight, the calories consume per day shld be less that what you need per day.For example if you burn off 2000 calories per day, then you shld consume less than 2000 calories. 3500 calories less equal 1kg of weight loss so if you consume 500 less calories per day, then in a week, you shld be able to lose 1 kg.For a start, maybe you shld to some simple exercise like brisk walking etc. Exercise not only help to keep u healthy it also help u to burn more calories you consume each day. You may want to try also exercise that help u to build up ur muscle in different part of ur body like for eample weight lifting. Building up ur muscle help u to burn more calories in doing normal stuff u do everday like for example walking to bus stop, brushing ur teeth etc.

Unfortunately its not easy but there is really only one way and that is to burn off more calories than you consume.
Eat a healthy diet low in saturated fats, high in fruit, vegetables, lean protein and complex carbs such as brown rice, brown pasta.
Try to exercise 3 times a week and try to walk when ever you can, they recommend 10000 steps a day.
Good luck, i am trying too x.
