Its so good! But I always tend to cut the roof of my mouth.....Does anyone else have that problem?

I've noticed that too! The roof of my mouth is always sore after eating that cereal. Must be the texture. I just try not pushing it to the top.

ok, I discovered why at present. If I placed a large spoonful of those confusing cereals into my mouth, when I bite the cereal rubs adverse to the roof of my mouth and scratches it. If I placed a small spoonful in my mouth, i'm able to bite it on the area of my mouth and the roof does no longer get scratched.

is it only captain crunch that makes your gums bleed. if your gums bleed easily, like when you eat certain foods or brush your teeth you may have gingivitis. maybe you should go to the dentist.
