i just accidentally took my vitamin b complex and vit. e twice today!?

am i gonna be alright? should i expect some side effects?? am i damaging my internal organs waaah

Nothing will happen. Vitamins are good for health and if you take them in excess they will be drained by the kidneys as urine. You need not worry at all.

Yes! you will be OK.No side effects. No you are not damaging your internal organs. At best, you will have some expensive urine to flush.

No worries, it is a natural complex, and it wont harm your body as if you would be taking a drug.
