127 at 5'11' is disgusting. I'm a guy and I want you to know that being that skinny isn't something most guys like. But to answer your question at 5'3'' you would have to weigh like 80lbs. and you would look like someone with full blown AIDS. Guys like girl that have substance to their body, get an *** and a little meat on the bones and you will look much better.
