What time is normal and/or healthy to go to bed each night?
And also I rarely sleep 8 hours each nite, usually 6-6.5 hours.
I just don't sleep well through the nite and have trouble actually falling asleep, any suggestions so that I can get to sleep earlier and fall asleep quicker and better throughout the nite without getting up during the nite?

I am traveling to my home country (Peru) this summer to get braces, I am 15 years old. they are not horribly crooked but far from perfect. I will only be in the country for 1 month, is this enough time to get braces or will I have to get some treatment here and the rest there?

I am doing this over there because my family cannot afford health insurance while we have platinum level insurance back home.

I had two teeth (molars, both on the bottom right) pulled a few weeks ago (more than 3). The gum has been slowly healing and stopped hurting awhile ago. A few days ago, I noticed that the gum is swollen over the furthest back on. Like there is a buildup of fluid under it or something. It does not hurt, but I am wondering what this is and if I should see my dentist or if the gum will heal itself.

Every now and then I see a commerical for if you had a stroke, ext. on ortho (something) to call them. I didn't take that particular pill but I did take ortho tri cyclen. I had mini strokes on them and have a mri that shows a small area of dead brain cells (1 cm) I think that was how big it was. Should I call that number and see if they do ortho tri cyclen too? Or do you know any settlements about ortho tri cyclen. I actually haven't been hearing anything about it lately.

I quit smoking Marijuana 1 week ago and took an at home drug test and passed. I was wondering if anyone else has taken an at home drug test and passed but failed their pre-employement screening. I smoked maybe 4 little hits a day at the most and have been smoking for about 5 years on and off. Any information will be helpful... i just don't know if i trust the test i took. i'm afraid that test isn't reliable. I don't have a good feeling.

Processed food is full of E numbers with no explanation to what they are or what they are derived from. A scary thought considering people shovel it down with little or no care. Obviously eating a chemistry set 3/4 times a day is unhealthy but which E is the most detrimental to our health?

Once a year, my whole body goes completely sore for a few days, usually three or four. It started when I was in 4th grade, with my legs, and I'm no in 8th. When my body goes sore, it just my muscles. Not sore like a sore throat from strep, but sore like, you decided to lift 100 pound weights on each hand and the ost you've ever lifted before was two pounds. It's so sore that I can't even turn my head a little without feeling pain. I just have to lie in bed all the time, and I wind up going through the week missing a few days of school. What's wrong with me? My mom and sister say it's probably just growing pains, but I doubt it since everybody my age and a little older have told me that that's really weird. And the soreness sets in pretty quickly, and goes away slowly. Is it really just growing pains like my mom says? Or it it some sort of crazy messed up disease?
